01 · Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QuantHawk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. QuantHawk is operated by Deep Alpha Ascent ("we," "us," or "our").
02 · Not Financial Advice
QuantHawk provides AI-generated research and analysis for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. You should not rely on any information provided by the Service to make financial decisions. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. Past performance of any analysis or signal is not indicative of future results.
03 · Paper Trading & Simulated Mode
QuantHawk operates in a paper trading simulation mode by default. No real money is at risk in paper mode. Any portfolio values, P&L figures, or trade results shown in paper mode are simulated and do not represent real financial outcomes. We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial institution.
04 · Account & Access
Access to QuantHawk is invite-only during the beta period. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in misuse of the platform.
05 · Use of AI Analysis
Our AI agents process publicly available market data, news, and financial information to generate analysis. This analysis may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. AI models can and do make mistakes. You acknowledge that any trading or investment decision you make is solely your own responsibility. We expressly disclaim all liability for decisions made based on our analysis.
06 · Credits & Payments
Analysis credits are consumed when you run an analysis pipeline. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits may expire. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Credits are not transferable between accounts.
07 · Data & Privacy
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Analysis results are stored to provide you with history and improve the Service. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
08 · Prohibited Use
You may not use QuantHawk to engage in any illegal activity, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform, use automated bots to consume analysis credits, share your account credentials with others, or misrepresent analysis outputs as professional financial advice to third parties.
09 · Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantHawk and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to financial losses arising from trading decisions made using our platform. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
10 · Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11 · Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
